iBex Investments Proprietary Limited, trading through its operations división iBex Diamonds, is a South African diamond exploration and mining company with a granted and registered Prospecting Right covering 91 hectares within the historic Cullinan Diamond Corridor.
Our prospecting operations target kimberlite-hosted diamond deposits on the portion of the Farm Louwsbaken 476 JR, located approximately 5 kilometers from the renowned Cullinan Diamond Mine in Gauteng Province in the Republic of South Africa. Through strategic consultancy arrangements with reputable geological consulting service providers who conducted advanced geophysical analysis, we are systematically delineating high-potential diamond exploration targets.
iBex Diamonds combines traditional geological expertise with modern remote sensing technology to identify and develop diamond resources in one of South Africa’s most prolific diamond-producing regions which still has many untapped diamond resources.
iBex Diamonds is a trading division of Ibex Investments Proprietary Limited and will probably be listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (as a primary listing) in the near future.

About
Mr. Madimetsa Mokoatlo serves as Managing Director, bringing his corporate finance, M&A and project finance background to bear on the company’s diamond prospecting operations over Farm Louwsbaken 476 JR in the Cullinan Diamond Corridor. His role spans regulatory and legal oversight of the DMPR prospecting right, structuring of investor financing (including royalty and streaming arrangements) and drafting of corporate, commercial and B-BBEE compliance documentation supporting the company’s exploration and investment activities.

Mr. Diphofa Egnatious Seema is a seasoned South African mining executive with over three decades of experience across surveying, mine planning and corporate leadership in the coal and minerals sector. He began his career as a Trainee Surveyor at Ingwe Colliery before spending a decade at Anglo Coal as a Mining Surveyor, where he specialised in mine planning, mapping, GIS, exploration and land use rights. Since 2009, he has served as Executive Chairman of Collateral Coal, overseeing overall leadership and business strategy.

Mr. Antony Tebello Rakitla began his career at Emang Mmogo Mining Resources in February 2012 as a Site Manager. In 2017, he founded Lebone Telecoms, an ICT company. In 2018, he established Perez Minerals, a contract mining and mine development company. In 2023, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Emang Mmogo Mining Resources and simultaneously served as General Manager at Selogilwe Building Contractors. In 2025, he was appointed as a Director at Witkrans Coal, a coal mining company.
